No new COVID-19 case on April 22

Vietnam continued to record no new COVID-19 cases on April 22, making it six days in a row since April 17 without any new infections, according to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.

– Vietnam continued to record no new COVID-19 cases on April 22, making it six days in a row since April 17 without any new infections, according to the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control.
The number of COVID-19 cases in the country remained at 268 as of 6pm April 22, with seven patients given the all-clear during the day.

As a result, the total number of cured patients is now 223, or 83 percent of the total cases.

Among the 45 patients currently receiving treatment, 12 have tested negative once for the SARS-CoV-2, and 8 have tested negative twice.

A total 67,022 people are under quarantine or health monitoring, including 358 at hospitals, 18,263 at other facilities and 48,401 at home or their accommodations./.
