his family presented 20 firefighting vehicles to Vietnamese Firefighting
and Prevention Forces, according to the consulate general of Vietnam in
Houston city, Texas state on March 31.

Pham Van Thuy, currently, is a General Director of the Houston-based Sunrise Plastic Company.
These vehicles will be given to the firefighting forces under the Ministry of Public Security, the Ho Chi Minh City Police and some of other provinces./.
