A photo exhibition showcasing nearly 100 colour, and black and white photos taken by amateur Vietnamese photographer Bui Huy Trang opened in Paris on Jan. 14.
The photos, subtitled in three languages of Vietnamese, English and French, provided visitors with a vivid picture of lives of people in Vietnam as well as the country's landscapes, leaving strong impression on French friends.
Trang also introduced the photos in a trilingual pictorial book and a CD playing with Vietnamese folk songs performed by singer Thanh Lam.
Born in Ho Chi Minh City in 1951, Bui Huy Trang, has lived in Paris since he was five. The photographer, who is also an engineer, is very interested in introducing Vietnamese culture and art to the world./.
