Party, State leaders pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh on CPV founding anniversary

On the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 –2026), a delegation comprising incumbent and former Party and State leaders, along with representatives of central ministries, agencies and the Hanoi administration, laid wreaths and paid tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his Mausoleum in Hanoi on the morning of February 3.
