Photo contest helps recall memories of travel to RoK

The Korea Tourism Organisation (KTO) has recently launched a photo contest entitled “Relive Your Korea Trip” to help people recall their trips to the Republic of Korea (RoK).

Hanoi (VNS/VNA) – The Korea Tourism Organisation (KTO)has recently launched a photo contest entitled “Relive Your Korea Trip” to helppeople recall their trips to the Republic of Korea (RoK). 

As many as 100 smartphones together with other prizes are upfor grabs worldwide.

“As the pandemic keeps us home, KTO wants to recall wonderfulexperiences of tourists to the RoK and ease the thirst for travelling,” saidNguyen Thu Ha from KTO Vietnam.

“Through the contest, we want to promote Korean tourism aswell as honouring beautiful photos and truthful emotions of tourists. We lookforward to receiving travellers after the pandemic.”

The contest will run until May 24 on various social networkssuch as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Weibo. Anyone who has travelled to theRoK can upload photos and stories with hashtags #visitkorea and #koreatrip atpublic mode, then send the link to KTO at visitkorea.or.kr. Multiple entriesare allowed.

People can vote for the entries from June 1-8. The resultswill be announced on June 15./.
