Meeting withvisiting Costa Rican Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship JoseEnrique Catillo Barrantes in Hanoi on October 28, the PM highly valuedthe outcomes of his talks with Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh, sayingthat he believes the visit will help push bilateral friendship andcooperation forward.
The host suggested building institutionalframeworks, with priority given to stepping up discussions towardssigning agreements on double taxation avoidance and investmentprotection.
He also called for stronger bilateral coordinationat multilateral forums while carrying on with political consultationmechanisms.
