PM to attend China-ASEAN Expo, China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit

Hanoi (VNA) - Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh will lead a Vietnamese delegation to attend the 20th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) and China-ASEAN Business and Investment Summit (CABIS) in Nanning city, Guangxi province, China, from September 16-17.
The PM’s attendance at the events will be made at the invitation of the Chinese Government, according to an announcement of the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs./.
A wide range of Vietnamese agriculture, forestry and fisheries products, processing food, wood furniture and handicrafts, consumption good, as well as tourism and trade services are on display at the China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) which opened on September 10 in Nanning, China.
A special exhibition area for RCEP member countries will be set up at the 19th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) slated for September 16-19 in Nanning, the capital of the Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region.
Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh delivered a pre-recorded speech at the opening of the 19th ASEAN-China Expo (CAEXPO) and the 19th China-ASEAN Business Investment Summit (CABIS) in Nanning, the capital city of China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, on September 16.
Vietnam is set to be represented by over 200 booths at the coming 20th China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO), the biggest number of booths it will have at this annual event so far.
The total value of trade and investment transactions signed by Vietnamese businesses at the China-ASEAN Expo (CAEXPO) in recent years has reached an estimated 50 million USD, according to the Trade Promotion Agency (VIETRADE) under the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
