President of Azerbaijan welcomes and holds talks with Party General Secretary To Lam

On the afternoon of May 7, 2025 (local time), at the Presidential Palace – Zugulba Palace in the capital Baku, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and his spouse hosted a welcome ceremony for Party General Secretary To Lam and his spouse, along with the high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, on their state visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan from May 7–8, 2025. Following the welcome ceremony, the two leaders held private and state-level talks.
