According to reports, the criticism andself-criticism undertaken by the committee’s organisations andindividuals have been conducted seriously.

TheStanding Board has put forth measures to repair shortcomings, improvethe quality of the political and ideological education task, and enhancethe Party’s leadership and combative capacity while strengthening thecorruption fight and prevention.

Through learningand following President Ho Chi Minh’s moral example, Party members andpeople in the city have raised their awareness of Uncle Ho’s beliefs,his morality and lifestyle, thus improving their revolutionary moralityand capacity to fight against individualism.

Addressing the function, President Sang stressed that the positiveresults the municipal Party Standing Committee made during theimplementation of the criticism and self-criticism will become anexample for all Party members and people nationwide to follow.

The President asked the capital city to fix shortcomings and upholdpositive results for the further implementation of the resolution onParty building.

He also urged Hanoi to listen morecarefully to public opinion to combine the implementation of the Partyresolution and the Politburo directive with political tasks, thusboosting the socio-economic development and building the Party andadministration system.-VNA

To further strengthen Vietnam-Belgium relations, especially parliamentary cooperation, both sides agreed to enhance delegation exchanges at all levels, particularly between parliamentary committees and friendship groups.
