Development Bank (ADB) and the Spanish International Cooperation and
Development Agency (AECID).

According to the official letters No. 148 and 152/TTg-QHQT, AECID will provide capital for the project on socio-economic development integrated with gender issues in Cambodia , Timor Leste and Vietnam .
The Quang Nam People’s Committee will sign the project document with the sponsor and deploy the project.
Meanwhile ADB will provide the 1.15-million-USD project on technical assistance, institutional enhancement, financial arrangement and management in the transport sector with 1 million USD as non-refundable aid./.
