Quang Ninh: woman caught with 4 kg of heroin
Border guards in the northeastern province of Quang Ninh said on June 25 that they have arrested a woman transporting four kilogrammes of crystal meth from China to Vietnam.

Ha confessed that she was hired to transport the drug for 20,000 RMB (3,000 USD) by a woman named Huong.
The case is under further investigation.-VNA
