Hanoi (VNA) - The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate at 24,249 VND/USD on July 26, down 16 VND from the previous day.
With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 25,461 VND/USD and the floor rate 23,037 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at commercial banks also reduced.
At 8:18am, Vietcombank listed the rate at 25,121 VND/USD (buying) and 25,461 VND/USD (selling), down 57 VND and 17 VND, respectively, from July 25.
The rates listed at BIDV were the same as at Vietcombank./.
