With the current trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied to commercial banks during the day is 23,130 VND/USD and the floor rate 21,786 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at major commercials stayed rather stable.
Vietcombank is listing the buying rate at 22,735 VND/USD and the selling rate at 22,805 VND/USD, unchanged from the previous day.
Similarly, the rates at BIDV also remained unchanged, standing at 22,735 VND/USD (buying) and 22,805 VND/USD (selling).
Meanwhile, Vietinbank is buying the greenback at 22,741 VND/USD and selling at 22,811 VND/USD, both up 7 VND from the rates on March 21.-VNA
