Hanoi (VNA) - The State Bank of Vietnam set the daily reference exchange rate for the US dollar at 24,295 VND/USD on November 22, up 5 VND from the previous day.
With the current trading band of +/- 5%, the ceiling rate applicable for commercial banks during the day is 25,510 VND/USD and the floor rate 23,080 VND/USD.
At major commercial banks, the opening hour rates saw slight increases.
At 8:21 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 25,205 VND/USD and the selling rate at 25,509 VND/USD, both up 5 VND from November 21.
Meanwhile, BIDV posted the buying rate at 25,209 VND/USD and the selling rate at 25,509 VND/USD, down 1 VND and up 5 VND, respectively./.
