With the current +/- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rate is 22,690 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,363 VND per USD.
The buying rate listed by Vietcombank was 22,285 VND per USD, while the selling rate was 22,355 VND, unchanged from November 1.
Rates were also listed at 22,285 – 22,355 VND/USD at BIDV and 22,289 – 22,360 VND/USD at Eximbank.
Techcombank offered 22,280 VND/USD as the buying rate and 22,390 VND/USD as the selling rate.-VNA
