Reference exchange rate rises by 10 VND on May 15

With the current trading band of +/- 3 percent, the ceiling rate applied by commercial banks for the day is 23,755 VND/USD and the floor rate is 22,373 VND/USD.
The opening hour rates at commercial banks saw slight fluctuations.
At 8:10 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 23,310 VND per USD and the selling rate at 23,430 VND per USD, the same as on May 14.
BIDV added 10 VND to both rates, listing the buying rate at 23,310 VND per USD and the selling rate at 23,430 VND per USD.
At Techcombank, the buying rate was reduced 20 VND to 23,280 VND/USD while the selling rate was increased by 10 VND to 23,420 VND/USD.-VNA
