The rates listed at commercial banks were adjusted down.
At 8:25 am, Vietcombank listed the buying rate at 22,900 VND/USD, and the selling rate 23,100 VND/USD, unchanged from February 25.
BIDV cut both rates by 20 VND, listing the buying rate at 22,905 VND/USD, and the selling rate at 23,105 VND/USD.
The rates at Vietinbank were reduced by 13 VND to 22,867 VND/USD (buying) and 23,107 VND/USD (selling)./.
