The openinghour rates at commercial banks saw fluctuations.
At 8:15 am, Vietcombank cut the buying rate by30 VND to 23,110 VND/USD and kept the selling rate unchanged from the September9 at 23,260 VND/USD.
BIDV kept both rates unchanged at 23,140 VND/USD (buying) and 23,260 VND/USD(selling).
Meanwhile, Techcombank added 2 VND to both rates, listing the buying rate at23,126 VND/USD and the selling rate at 23,266 VND/USD.-VNA
