Sao Vang-Dai Nguyet petroleum port offshore Ba Ria-Vung Tau opens

The Ministry of Transport has issued a decision on putting the Sao Vang-Dai Nguyet petroleum port offshore the southern province of Ba Ria-Vung Tau into operation.
Hanoi (VNA) – The Ministry of Transport has issueda decision on putting the Sao Vang-Dai Nguyet petroleum port offshore the southernprovince of Ba Ria-Vung Tau into operation.

The port is designed to handle tankers and petroleum serviceships and drilling rigs having capacity of up to 150,000 DTW.

In normal weather conditions, the port will have its pilotageareas spanning a circle with a radius of 1 nautical mile.

The Ministry of Transport has asked the investor of theproject to ensure maritime safety and security as well as apply measures toprevent environmental pollution during the operations of the port, whilecollecting fees in line with regulations./.

Vingroup launches largest-ever urban development project in Dien Bien

Under the master plan, the project will span more than 228.5ha and accommodate around 12,000 residents. It is designed under a “city within a city” model integrating residential areas, commercial and service facilities, resorts, schools, healthcare services, public spaces and sports infrastructure.

The project aims to effectively tap the area’s natural landscapes, geographical advantages and distinctive historical value, while creating a high-quality tourism product with strong competitiveness.
