Hanoi (VNA) - The IndustrialTransformation Asia-Pacific (ITAP) 2019 kicked off at the Singapore Expo centrein Singapore on October 22, attracting the participation of 350 companies fromover 30 countries worldwide.

The three-day event gathered leading manufacturers, producers and providers oftechnology solutions, and government leaders of countries in the region whocame to share the best and latest technologies from the 4th IndustrialRevolution, and experience in how to expand partner network.

In his opening speech, Deputy Prime Ministerand Finance Minister of Singapore Heng Swee Keat said to fully tap benefitsbrought by the 4th Industrial Revolution, industrial sectors andgovernments should further promote innovation.

The revolution and manufacturing industry boast a great potential to strongerdevelop in the future, he said, adding that cooperation method will determinethe level of success of businesses.

ITAP 2019 helps connect users and suppliers at all scales and aspects toactively adapt to changes in the revolution./.
