The arrested are 24-year-old Giang A Tong and 23-year-old Lau A Dung from Van Ho commune. Both were caught when bringing the drugs out of Moc Chau district by motorbikes.
Tong initially confessed that he was hired by a woman to transport the drugs to a person in Son La city. He then persuaded Dung to take part in the transport job.
The case is under further investigation.-VNA
