Hanoi(VNA)
– The State Bank of Vietnam kept its reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,450VND/USD on the morning of December 13, unchanged from the day ago.
 
With the current /- 3 percent VND/USD trading band, the ceiling exchange rateis 23,116 VND per USD and the floor rate is 21,777 VND per USD.

Major commercial banks kept their rates stable.

Vietcombank and Vietinbank offered the same rates with 22,675 VND (buying) and 22,745VND (selling), per USD, unchanged from the day earlier.

For BIDV, it posted 22,680 VND (buying), and 22,750 VND (selling), per USD,also unchanged from the day ago.-VNA
