The Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) on August 31 auctioned off 10 million USD worth of government bonds out of a total 50 million USD put up for sale during the third bidding session of the year.

The three-year bond, issued in USD by the State Treasury, has a face value of 100 USD. The lowest offered yield was 3.8 percent a year and the highest 5 percent per year. The successful bid yield was 3.9 percent per year.

During the first bidding session on August 24, the State Treasury earned 100 million USD from the government bonds.

On August 26, it sold 47 million USD worth of government bonds at auction out of a total 100 million USD up for sale during this years second bidding session./.
