Tay people link cultural preservation with community-based tourism

In recent years, the Tay ethnic community in Lam Thuong commune, northern Lao Cai province, has been preserving and promoting their cultural values to develop tourism, following the principle: “Using culture to develop tourism, and tourism to preserve and promote culture.”
