Con River ’s Martial Arts Village, produced by An Vien Group, won best documentary while best reporting went to Danger in Craft Village , Alarming Working Safety in Timber, Processing Factories and Safety Solution in Coal Mine by provincial television stations in Yen Bai, Soc Trang and Quang Ninh.
The three-day festival, focusing on nation, people, renewal, integration and safe hygiene, drew more than 100 works from 45 stations.
The next festival will be held in northern port Hai Phong city.-VNA

Making palm-leaf conical hats is a traditional craft of the Tay ethnic people in Bac Ha district in northern mountainous Lao Cai province. Woven from wild palm leaves, the hats are dried and skilfully crafted into their distinctive conical shape. As well as protecting wearers from sun and rain, the hats are also part of the traditional outfit of local women.
