A series of flower markets opened in Ho Chi Minh City on January 16 to serve local residents’ decoration demands for traditional Tet (Lunar New Year) festival.
Paintings of Hanoi's peach blossoms, the symbolic Tet flower of the North, by Nguyen Huu Khoa are being displayed at an exhibition called Dao Xuan (Spring Peach Blossoms) which opened on January 20.
The traditional Lunar New Year (Tet) is the biggest and oldest festival in Vietnam, bringing its people together to celebrate the sacred and meaningful annual event.
