National Assembly (NA) Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue has required that full-time deputies, officials and civil servants of the legal-judicial agencies at the legislature must grasp the State’s important political bases related to law making and protection.

Hanoi (VNA) – National Assembly (NA) Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue has required that full-time deputies, officials and civil servants of the legal-judicialagencies at the legislature must grasp the State’s important political bases relatedto law making and protection.

Hue made the request at a meeting with them on the occasionof the Vietnam Law Day (November 9).

He assessed that, from the end of the 14th term, full-timedeputies, officials and civil servants of the legislative body’s legal-judicialagencies have completed a huge workload. For the first time in thehistory of the NA, the Politburo has issued a conclusion on thelaw-making programme for the entire tenure with 137 tasks concerning law building.

They have also helped the National Assembly’s Partydelegation draft four important topical contents of the project titled “Strategy tobuild and perfect the rule-of-law socialist State of Vietnam until 2030, with avision to 2045”./.

NA Vice Chairman inspects election preparations in Quang Tri

National Assembly (NA) Vice Chairman Tran Quang Phuong, member of the National Election Council, asked Quang Tri to continue implementing all steps in line with legal regulations, including establishing election teams within the timeframe prescribed in the election law, and organising the 2nd and 3rd consultative conferences to finalise the lists of candidates no later than February 20, 2026.

NA Standing Committee inspects election preparations in Ca Mau

In Ca Mau, 13 candidates have been introduced for the National Assembly, 73 for the provincial People’s Council, and 1,469 for commune-level People’s Councils. The provincial election committee has designated five NA constituencies and 18 constituencies for People’s Councils at provincial and commune levels.
