Over 150 businesses have built 400 pavilions to showcase their products at a trade fair on the cashew industry, which opened in the southern province of Binh Phuoc on March 18.

Visitors will be given the opportunity to view videos and charts to understand the industry’s achievements such as the high-yield strains growing over large swathes of land in the southeast region and the Central Highlands.

A number of pavilions are presenting a vast array of cashew products—candies, paste, cooking oil, wine, and even fine art, all made from cashew nuts or their shells.

Also on display are machines and equipment for cashew nut processing.

In addition to all things, other products such as rubber, beverages, object d’art, consumer goods and fruit are also featured at the event.

This is the first support Binh Phuong has received from the national trade promotion campaign./.
