Transformer station inaugurated in southern province

A transformer station and an 110kV power line were put into operation on April 11 in the border district of Chau Thanh, southern Tay Ninh province, ensuring the supply of electricity for local production.

A transformer station and an 110kV power line were put into operation onApril 11 in Chau Thanh district, southern Tay Ninhprovince, ensuring the supply of electricity for local production.

Theproject had a total investment at 81 billion VND sourced from the WorldBank’s loan and the Southern Electricity Corporation’s funding.

The project is expected to ensure the sufficient supply of electricityfor local industrial zones in the province and meet demands onproduction and lighting of local people in remote and border areas inthe district.-VNA
