Truong Sa photo exhibition opens

As many as 80 photographs featuring the breathtaking landscapes and daily life and spirit of officers and soldiers on Truong Sa archipelago are showcased at an exhibition that opened in Nha Trang city, central Khanh Hoa province on April 26.

The pictures takenby photojournalist Tran Minh Ngoc, a correspondent of Vietnam Pictorial(Vietnam News Agency) in the city, celebrate the 38th anniversary ofthe liberation of Truong Sa archipelago (April 29, 1975-2013).

The six-day event illustrates the cultural and spiritual life of theisland’s officers, soldiers and local residents, as well as theaffection of the people for Truong Sa and vice versa.

On the occasion, Ngoc donated 5 million VND to the programme“Collecting stones to build Truong Sa” launched by the Tuoi Tre (Youth)newspaper, and presented a number of his photos to several schools inthe city in order to instil patriotism and nurture love for the nationalsea and islands in young people.-VNA

Exhibition on President Ho Chi Minh opens at EXPO 2025 in Japan

The exhibition, running from May 23-25, people can watch valuable diplomatic films of the Ho Chi Minh era, and learn about the Nguyen Tat Thanh – Nguyen Ai Quoc's 30-year journey of finding a way to save the country. Bookcase project helps spread Vietnamese language in Thailand
