UN – Eight decades of building a peaceful and prosperous world

Over the past 80 years of establishment and development (October 24, 1945 – 2025), the United Nations (UN) has proven itself to be the most diverse, reputable, and wide-ranging global organisation. It is recognised by the international community as a key pillar of global political life and an indispensable foundation for a more peaceful, prosperous, and just world. Since joining the organisation, Vietnam has always been a reliable partner and an active member in all UN activities.
