High Seas Treaty opens up unprecedented opportunities for Vietnam: Deputy FM

For Vietnam, the treaty opens favourable avenues to expand international partnerships, access cutting-edge knowledge, data, and technologies, and build stronger domestic capabilities in marine science, ocean governance, and environmental protection.
