VFF leader sends congratulations on Caodaism’s founding anniversary

President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee Do Van Chien on November 17 offered congratulations to dignitaries and followers of Caodaism on the founding anniversary of the religion.

Hanoi (VNA) – Presidentof the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) Central Committee Do Van Chien onNovember 17 offered congratulations to dignitaries and followers of Caodaism onthe founding anniversary of the religion.

In his congratulatory letter,Chien said upholding the tradition of devoting to the religion and the country,Cao Dai churches and organisations have encouraged followers and people tocomply with the Party’s guidelines and the State’s policies and laws andactively take part in environmental protection, climate change response, socialand charitable activities, and new-style countryside building, thereby contributingto socio-economic development and ensuring security and order.

Particularly, he noted, CaoDai dignitaries and followers have joined hands with people nationwide to activelyengage in the COVID-19 combat through practical activities, which has helpedcontain the pandemic in Vietnam.

On behalf of the VFF CentralCommittee, Chien highly valued Cao Dai dignitaries and followers’contributions to the country.

He expressed his belief thatthey will continue upholding the sound cultural and moral values of the nation,participating in emulation movements and campaigns launched by the VFF CentralCommittee, and joining the entire people to successfully implement theresolution of the 13th National Party Congress and realise theaspiration for a prosperous and happy nation.
