Vietnam among leading countries in implementing human rights declaration

As a responsible member of the United Nations, Vietnam always takes full and active participation in human rights protection, and this has been recognized and praised by the international community. For the Vietnamese Party and State, human rights are common values of the humankind, and people are both the goal and driving force for national construction and defense.
