Vietnam attends Jenesys 2.0 science-technology event in Japan
Vietnam’s 76-member delegation set off on January 12 for the Science and
Technology programme under the Japan-East Asia Network of Exchange for
Students and Youths 2.0 (JENESYS 2.0), to be held in Japan from January
12-22.

The participants are students with outstanding research activities selected from 11 universities nationwide.
Nguyen Manh Cuong, Vice Director of Institute of Applied Technology under the Ministry of Science and Technology, said the programme will help to inspire Vietnamese students and young researchers’ passion in scientific research.
So far, more than 250 Vietnamese students and young researchers have participated in the programme, which is part of the cooperation framework between Japan and the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN).-VNA
