Vietnam, China cooperate in publishing activities
The National Politics Publishing House (NPPH) on Dec. 16 held a
discussion on publishing work with the Chinese Embassy in Vietnam on
the occasion of the 60 th anniversary of Vietnam-China diplomatic ties
and the Vietnam-China Friendship Year 2010.

At the event, Chinese Ambassador to Vietnam Sun Guoxiang and NPPH Editor-in-Chief and Director Nguyen Duy Hung affirmed the fine traditional friendship between the two Parties and the two countries, especially in 2010 when Vietnam and China hosted a series of important political events.
The two sides agreed with NPPH’s goal to boost cooperation with Chinese publishing houses in 2011 and following years.
According to Hung, NPPH has set up a good relationship with Chinese publishing houses, including Shanghai People’s Publishing House and Jiangsu People’s Publishing House.
The two sides annually hold meetings and talks to exchange publishing experiences and strengthen cooperation, helping boost the development and increase benefits of Vietnamese and Chinese publishing houses.
On the occasion, the Chinese Ambassador granted NPPH financial support for the translation and publication of China ’s political theory books in Vietnam./.
