Vietnam continues to receive National Day congratulations
Foreign leaders from across the world have continued to send congratulations to their Vietnamese counterparts on the 70th anniversary of the National Day (September 2).

On the occasion, Foreign Ministers from the Philippines Albert F. Del Rosario and Poland Grzegorz Schetyna conveyed their congratulatory messages to Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh.-VNA
