Earlier, Vietnam beat Bahrain 8-0 in the opening match and then defeated Kyrgyzstan with an emphatic 12-0 victory.
With the latest win over Hong Kong, Vietnam tops group C, having scored a remarkable 24 times without conceding in all three qualifying matches, and gains a place in next year’s Women Asian Cup finals.-VNA
