As the project investor, Vietnam Circus Art and Variety High School rector Hoang Minh Khanh said the construction had begun after careful preparations, from legal procedures to transparent bidding, to ensure a high quality project.

Ooc Xo Chiet, Secretary of the Cambodian Ministry of Culture and Art, expressed belief in the project’s strong contribution to reviving and developing Cambodian circus to its former glory, as illustrated through sculptures at the famous Angkor Wat temples.

He expressed special thanks to the Vietnam Circus Art and Variety High School for its assistance in circus development, including personnel training./.
