The 24th Vietnam International Industrial Fair (VIIF 2015), which will take place in Hanoi from October 20-23, is expected to bring Vietnamese industrial trademarks closer to foreign partners.
The information was informed by Vu Ngoan Hop from the Vietnam Exhibition Fair Centre Joint Stock Company at a press conference on October 16 in Hanoi.
With 400 booths of 300 domestic and foreign enterprises, the exhibition will display latest technological solutions, high-quality industrial products and services for metallurgy, mechanical engineering, and automation, he said.
According to Ly Hoa Lien from the centre, the event will brought together a crowd of Vietnamese exhibitors and those from Russia, the Republic of Czech, Bulgaria, India, the Republic of Korea, China and Malaysia.
Especially, Malaysia’s pavilion will feature renewable energy with new and clean products which will be useful for Vietnam in bettering the environment.
Within the framework of the fair, a number of trade and investment promotion activities will be arranged, creating opportunities fordomestic and foreign investors to set up partnerships.
VIIF is a display area designed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade’s Department of Market Management with assistance from the European Trade Policy and Investment Support Project.
The annual fair is one of the most prestigious economic promotion campaigns in Vietnam, contributing greatly to businesses’ development and international integration.-VNA
