During the reception, Dung spoke highly ofthe results of the Japanese Minister and Vietnamese Minister of Industryand Trade Vu Huy Hoang’s talks, saying that his visit will contributeto promoting Vietnam-Japan multifaceted cooperation.
The PM highlighted the Vietnam-Japan strategic partnership’s recentachievements, hoping that further efforts will be taken to enhance thetwo sides’ cooperation.
He asked Japan to continuepaying attention to investment in Vietnam, calling for favourableconditions for Vietnamese goods in the Japanese market, especiallyaquatic and seafood products.
Prime Minister Dungaffirmed Vietnam’s support for Japan’s joining of the Trans-PacificStrategic Economic Partnership Agreement (TPP), and said he hopes thetwo countries will work closely at the negotiation process.
For his part, Minister Akira said Japan will spare no effort todevelop the two sides’ cooperation in all fields, particularlyeconomics, hoping Vietnam will facilitate Japanese enterprises’ workin Vietnam.
He will discuss with Japan’srelevant ministries and sectors to remove technical barriers to createthe most favourable conditions for Vietnamese exports in Japan.-VNA
