Vietnam, Laos cooperate in transport

The Government has ratified a draft memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the Governments of Vietnam and Laos on cooperative strategy in transport in the 2016-2025 phase, with visions towards 2030.
The Government has ratified a draft memorandum of understanding(MoU) between the Governments of Vietnam and Laos on cooperativestrategy in transport in the 2016-2025 phase, with visions towards 2030.

TheMinister of Transport is assigned to sign the MoU with representativesof the Lao side, reported the Vietnam Government Portal.

Vietnamestablished diplomatic relations with Laos on September 5, 1962. The twosides affirm to attach importance to strengthening the traditional andcomprehensive relations between the two countries.

In the future,the two nations will enhance cooperative relations in all fields,especially economics, trade, investment, transport connections andenergy.-VNA
