The Ho Chi Minh Academy of Politics and Administration and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA) signed a cooperation agreement to further increase their training quality in Moscow on May 27.
The signing took place during a working visit to Russia by a delegation from the Vietnamese academy led by Prof. Dr. Ta Ngoc Tan, Party Central Committee member and Director of the Academy.
The same day, the Vietnamese delegation visited the Far-East Division of the Russian Academy of Science.
They will also work with other counterparts in St. Petersburg and Minsk (Belarus) to exchange and learn from their experiences in management and administration.-VNA
