Vietnam-Russia traditional friendship grows stronger

Vietnam and Russia established a comprehensive strategic partnership on March 1, 2001. To date, the Vietnam-Russia traditional friendship has developed extensively across all areas of cooperation and continues to be strengthened and enhanced.
