The fair themed “Businesses opportunities for newly emergingcountries”, held annually by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council,drew the participation of more than 680 businesses this year.
At the fair, over 50 Vietnamese enterprises showcased many documentsand publications introducing about the country’s socio-economicconditions and investment environment as well as opportunities.
This was the second time Vietnam has taken part in the SME fair,said Deputy Head of the MoIT’s Asia- Pacific Market Department Dao NgocChuong. The fair has helped foreign investors better understandVietnam ’s market and facilitate investment in the country, he said.
During the fair, the Vietnam delegation alsoparticipated in a number of seminars and activities to exchangeexperiences with foreign businesses on how to deal with current tradechallenges./.
