Vietnam, US celebrate 28 years of diplomatic relations

Vietnam - US relations have expanded in an extensive, effective, and practical fashion across a host of fields since the two sides established diplomatic ties on July 11, 1995 and a comprehensive partnership on July 25, 2013.
