Vietnam welcomes initiatives to ensure sustainable use of Mekong River water

In reply to reporters' questions at the ministry’s regular press conference regarding a tool to monitor dams on the Mekong River, Hang said Vietnam will study and cooperate in an appropriate manner to make effective contributions to the sustainable development of the river's basin./.
