Vietnam win gold medal at int’l circus festival

The “Du Sieu Nhan” (Superman Swings) act performed by eight Vietnamese circus artists has won a gold medal at the 14th Val d'Oise (Domont) International Circus Festival in the French capital Paris.

The news was unveiled during a press conference held by the Vietnam Circus Federation in Hanoi on October 6.

Nine circus troupes from Italy, Belarus, China, the Czech Republic,Slovakia, Vietnam and the hosts attended the festival from 27-29September.

The “Du Sieu Nhan” routine won a gold medal at the same event in Spain in 2010.-VNA
