Vietnamese, Russian legislative bodies boost ties

At a reception for the Chairman of theCommittee on Science and High Technology of Russia’s State Duma,Chereshnhev Valeriy Alexandrovich, in Hanoi on April 3, Luu expressedwishes that the two law-making bodies hold regular consultations ondrawing up legislation

He believes that the delegation’s visitwill be successful and will open up new opportunities for closercooperation between the Vietnamese NA and the State Duma.

Vietnamand Russia’s traditional friendship, strategic partnership andcomprehensive ties have been constantly developing, he said.

Inreply Alexandrovich confirmed that Russia highly regards its strategicpartnership with Vietnam and will help Vietnam in science, technologyand legal fields.-VNA
