Vietnamese students excel at Int’l Physics Olympiad

All members of the Vietnamese team won medals, including two golds, in a hugely successful showing at the 2013 International Physics Olympiad (IPhO) in Denmark.
All members of the Vietnamese team won medals, including two golds, in a hugely successful showing at the 2013 International Physics Olympiad (IPhO) in Denmark.

The two gold medalists are 12th grade students Bui Quang Tu from Hanoi and Ngo Phi Long from the northern mountainous province of Son La.

The silver medal was won by My Duy Hoang Long, a student of the same age from the central province of Thanh Hoa .

Le Duy Anh from Thanh Hoa and Tran Thi Thu Huong from the northern province of Nam Dinh secured two bronzes.

At the same event in Estonia last year, Vietnam won two gold, one silver and two bronze medals.-VNA
